Overview
Tapcart is a B2B Shopify integration that allows merchants the ability to design and build an e-commerce mobile app. Tapcart has big plans to expand its push notification capabilities by launching a new feature called Message Flows, which utilizes workflow automation to deliver highly effective and targeted push notifications to shoppers.

My challenge was to deliver the entire feature with a seamless setup process and intuitive filtering experience, so any merchant, regardless of their technical background, can launch highly effective push notification campaigns within minutes.

I partnered with a contract user researcher to validate designs, ensuring we were building an easy-to-use product that could compete against some of today's biggest workflow automation competitors (Klaviyo, Hubspot, Omnisend and Intercom).

• 80% of all users said it was "extremely easy" to set up their first message flow
• 60% of all users claimed the workflow templates sufficiently fulfilled their customer acquisition goals
• 50% would want to test the new feature against their current workflow automation tool
• 3 out 5 enterprise merchants would like to use this feature to AB test push notifications
